Working towards a planet fit for our great-great-grandchildren

FOGGG (for our Great-great-grandchildren) is a newly founded UK Community Interest Company (“CIC”) currently funded entirely by donations. What this means is that FOGGG can pursue its aims by whatever legal means possible, but any surpluses must be reinvested in the CIC or the Community

FOGGG is run by FOGGGers of all ages who have one thing in common: to work towards a planet fit for their great-great-grandchildren.

FOGGGers know that in all probability they will die before Planet Earth is being run sustainably.

FOGGG is non-hierarchical; All suggestions for the development of FOGGG are discussed openly and progressed by consensus with individuals or groups of FOGGGers

FOGGG CIC is not permitted to pay dividends

FOGGG has an Advisory Board which guides direction and policy.

For legal reasons FOGGG CIC must have at least one director.
For the time being, Bruce Cadbury is the sole director.

FOGGG is currently only operational in the UK but is continually seeking individuals and like-minded organisations from elsewhere.
